Bliss on Sanctuary

Bliss on Sanctuary is an outstanding holiday home situated on a large block with an outdoor pool and spa.

The living room near the front of the home has a large couch, Smart TV and a gas fireplace. A second living room is located at the rear of the home and includes a comfortable lounge suite, Smart TV and book library.

Between the two living rooms is the kitchen and dining space. It consists of a dining table that seats 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with an enormous walk-in pantry. The kitchen includes a 900mm gas cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Sliding glass doors from both the dining area and rear living room open onto a huge covered outdoor entertaining area with a 10 seat table and large BBQ. This overlooks a private and enclosed yard which has an in-ground electric heated swimming pool (6.4 metres by 3.2 metres) and hot spa.

Bliss on Sanctuary has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home, zoned for the living areas and bedrooms, provides year round comfort.

The double garage provides internal access into the home and has a fold-out table tennis table and a foosball table. There is also a stand-alone garage at the rear of the block. The second driveway along the side of the home, which is secured with double gates at the front, can be used to park additional cars or boats.

Bliss on Sanctuary is located 1.4 kilometres from the beach and just over 2 kilometres from major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes. Phillip Island Golf Club is just 500 metres from the home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
