Casa Blu

Casa Blu is a two storey holiday home which backs directly onto the beach and offers uninterrupted water views.

The upstairs open plan living area features exposed beams, large windows and is air-conditioned for year round comfort. It includes a couch, arm chairs, a large Smart TV with Sonos soundbar and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A glass sliding door from the upstairs living area opens onto a large sunny deck with a gas BBQ, a table that seats 6 people and arm chairs. From here enjoy panoramic views over the backyard, the coastal nature reserve and the bay.

Downstairs is a spacious living room complete with a Smart TV, DVD player, a movie library with over 50 titles and a wall mounted electric heater. Huge folding glass doors open onto a covered patio which has an outdoor table setting for 8 people.

Casa Blu has 3 bedrooms, all with wall mounted electric heaters, and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - two single beds (can be joined together to make a short king bed)

There is a single garage which has internal access into the home and it contains a second fridge, beach trolley, chairs and a tent. One car can be accommodated in the garage with parking space for another car available in front of the garage.

The delightful backyard is perfect for those of all ages to enjoy. There is a fire pit (wood provided), a hammock, swing chair and a large expanse of grass. Step outside the backyard and follow the walking trail for a short distance through the coastal nature reserve to the sandy beach.

The town centre of Cowes, with its many shops, restaurants and cafes, is just a 4 minute drive from this property.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

• While the yard is not secure, there is a fully enclosed small courtyard outside the laundry

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
