Casa Killara

Casa Killara is a spectacular two storey holiday property that is ideal for families or groups.

There are two completely separate living areas - one on each level - both air-conditioned with TVs and DVD players plus a Wii Nintendo with games. There is an 8 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen with quality cooking appliances, a huge fridge with ice-maker and a dishwasher.

Casa Killara has 4 bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 14.

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - one queen bed
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - one king single bed, one tri-bunk
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - one single bed, one tri-bunk

In the upstairs living area is a queen size fold-out divan which is suitable for two adults or children.

There are two bathrooms and three toilets.

At the rear of the home is a large covered entertaining deck which is enclosed on three sides. It has heating, ceiling fans, table and chairs, a gas BBQ, sink and drinks fridge.

The fully fenced backyard has plenty of lawn for kids to run around in and there is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
