Clifden Cottage

Clifden Cottage is a lovely holiday property, located within a short walk of the beautiful beach at Red Rocks.

The light and airy open plan living area provides year round comfort with a cosy wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. There is a large Smart TV, comfortable couches and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, large pantry and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Clifden Cottage has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters.

• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There is 1 bathroom.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet, additional toilet next to the laundry

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

A sliding glass door from the dining area opens onto a large covered rear entertaining deck, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The deck overlooks a fully enclosed back yard with a large area of lawn and an outdoor hot shower. At the front is a large verandah which extends along the length of the home.

There is parking space for 2 cars on the driveway.

Take an 8 minute stroll along residential streets to the sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
