Cowes Duplex Retreat

Cowes Duplex Retreat is a renovated two storey holiday home with a separate bungalow, situated within walking distance of the beach.

This classic beach property is ideally suited to multiple families or a group thanks to both levels being completely independent, with access between them via an outside staircase. With living areas, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels, this property is perfect for sharing while still maintaining a good level of privacy.

Downstairs is an air-conditioned open plan living area which spans the entire width of the home. It features a sitting area with a leather lounge suite, 50 inch Smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The upstairs living area is also air conditioned and has a cosy sitting area with a 42 inch TV, some board games and a dining table that seats 4 people. The kitchen includes an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and drawer dishwasher. Glass doors from the living area open onto a lovely balcony with seating that overlooks the surrounding garden.

In the backyard is a separate bungalow with glass entry doors. Inside is a sofa, 42 inch TV and a bed.

Cowes Duplex Retreat has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

At the rear of the home is a large covered entertaining area complete with a gas BBQ and 8 seat dining table. An open deck extends into the garden where there is another table setting. Also in the yard is a fire pit with seating (bring your own wood).

The driveway has space for 3 cars or a boat, with additional parking available on the street.

Take a 12 minute stroll or one minute drive to beautiful Red Rocks beach for long walks and swimming. The town centre of Cowes, with its excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, is a 3 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
