High Tide

High Tide is a modern two storey holiday home that is located within a short walk of the beach.

The main living area is located downstairs. This open plan space is filled with natural light and includes a lounge setting, Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, reverse-cycle air-conditioner and a dining table that seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Sliding glass doors open onto a paved outdoor entertaining area with a dining setting and BBQ, overlooking the fully enclosed and private rear yard.

Upstairs is a second air-conditioned living area with two couches, a TV, DVD player, PlayStation and Wii game console.

High Tide has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - queen bed with electric blanket, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, walk-in robe, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed with electric blanket
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - two sets of single bunks

There are 2½ bathrooms.

The single garage has direct internal access to the home and there is space for another vehicle on the driveway.

High Tide is an easy 7 minute stroll from the beach at the Anderson Road boat ramp. The main shopping strip on Thompson Avenue is less than 2 kilometres from this home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
