Island Sands is a charming and beautifully presented holiday home that is located in a quiet residential area.

This home has been furnished and decorated in a Balinese theme. It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two separate air-conditioned living areas. The main living area has a comfortable lounge suite, TV, DVD player, Wii Nintendo, PlayStation 3 and Xbox. The second living area has a billiard table.

Island Sands has 3 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 7.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, ensuite

• Bedroom 3 - two single beds, one trundle bed
• Living area - divan suitable for one adult or two children

A huge fully roofed deck provides an excellent outside entertaining area, complete with a quality outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

Off-street parking in the driveway is available for two vehicles.

Island Sands is located 1.4 kilometres from the beach and is less than one kilometre from the extensive shopping facilities along the main street of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
