Komune II

Komune II is a cosy retro cottage situated on a large block, located within walking distance of the beach.

The front door opens into an air-conditioned open plan living area which includes a comfortable couch, arm chair and 40 inch Smart TV. The meals area includes a dining table and a well equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Komune II has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed
• Bedroom 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top)

There are 1½ bathrooms.

• Combined bathroom / laundry - shower, wash basin, toilet, washing machine
• Powder room (accessed via rear porch) - toilet, wash basin

In the backyard is an outdoor table which seats 6 people and a small shelter with a gas BBQ. The property is fully fenced with the backyard separately fenced. This provides a safe place for children to play ball games and run around.

There is space for one car under the carport, while the large front lawn provides parking for 4 or more additional vehicles including a boat or caravan.

Komune II is located within a 12 minute walk of the nearest sandy beach via a track that starts opposite the home. Take a 3 minute drive into the town centre of Cowes, with its many shops, restaurants and cafes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
