Mingalar

Mingalar is a modern family holiday home with resort-style facilities, located close to the beach.

At the heart of this lovely home is a light-filled open plan living area with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a wood heater (bring your own wood). There is a comfortable lounge setting, 65 inch Smart TV with Kayo Sport, a DVD player with a movie library, and a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

There is a second living room at the rear of the home which also functions as another bedroom. It is air-conditioned and includes a sofa, 32 inch TV and a selection of board games.

Mingalar has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

The European laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Sliding glass doors from both living areas open onto a large covered entertaining deck. This corner deck has an outdoor dining table that seats 6 people and a gas BBQ.

Next to the deck is a stunning in-ground electric heated swim spa which is 4.3 metres by 2.4 metres and 1.5 metres deep. There is a two person sauna, a hot outdoor shower and a fire pit (bring your own wood) surrounded by seating.

There is space for up to 4 vehicles, including a boat, on the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Mingalar is located within a 4 minute walk of the beach and cafe at the Anderson Road boat ramp. Take a 2 minute drive into the centre of Cowes for a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
