Our Happy Place

Our Happy Place is a modern family home with a spa pool, located in a quiet residential area of Cowes.

The central part of this home consists of a large open plan living area with relaxing sofas, 55 inch Smart TV, Chromecast, Nintendo Wii, an assortment of board and card games, and a dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, dual air fryer, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Our Happy Place has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, reverse-cycle air-conditioner
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed, reverse-cycle air-conditioner
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), reverse-cycle air-conditioner
• Living room - two double sofa beds

A single fold-out bed is available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A ducted cooling system throughout the home provides year round comfort.

From the living area, a sliding glass door opens onto a covered outdoor entertaining area complete with a gas BBQ and seating for 6 people. Next to this area is an 8 to 10 person electric heated spa spool with a retractable shade awning.

The surrounding yard is fully fenced and includes a section of lawn and a fire pit (bring your own wood).

The double garage has internal access to the home and has a table tennis table. It provides parking for one car, with space for another vehicle or boat on the driveway.

Our Happy Place is an 18 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the beach. A 4 minute drive will take you into the centre of Cowes where there is an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
