Paradise Point Cowes

Paradise Point Cowes is a modern family holiday home with resort-style facilities to enjoy for your next beach getaway.

A spacious open plan living area is located at the rear of the home. It consists of a sitting area with a 55 inch Smart TV, pool table, wood heater (some wood provided to get you started), reverse-cycle air-conditioner and dining table which seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

There is a second living room with a large corner couch and TV.

Paradise Point Cowes has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 19 people.

• Bedroom 2 - double bed, two sets of single bunk beds
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), single trundle bed
• Bedroom 4 - queen bed
• Bedroom 5 - double bed, one set of single bunk beds
• Living room - single fold-out sofa bed (suitable for one adult or child)

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - double shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Sliding glass doors in the main living area open onto a large covered entertaining area with a ceiling mounted heater. It features an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, built-in sink and large dining table.

The entertaining area overlooks a resort-style garden complete with a solar heated plunge pool, a separate 6 person heated spa pool, sunken fire pit and an outdoor hot shower.

Along the side of the property is a children's entertainment zone complete with a trampoline, swing and play equipment.

The drive through garage has a fold up table tennis table and can accommodate two cars. There is additional parking space on the driveway for 2 more cars or a boat.

Around the corner from this home is Shearwater Reserve which is a lovely park that has a playground, picnic shelters and oval lawn. Take a 19 minute walk or a short drive to the nearest beach. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 4 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
