Penguin Mews is relaxing holiday home which is within easy walking distance of the beach.

At the front of the home is a bright and airy air-conditioned open plan living area. It includes plush sofas and chairs, a large TV, DVD player with a small library of movies, Bluetooth stereo system and a dining table which seats 6 people. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

There is a cosy second living room with seating for 4 people.

Penguin Mews has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, ceiling fan, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - king single bed, single trundle bed
• Bedroom 4 - queen bed, two single beds

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - shower over hip bath, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

The rear outdoor deck has a table and seating for 8 people. It overlooks the neat and fenced back yard where children can play safely. At the front of the home is another deck with a gas BBQ, table and chairs.

There is space for 3 cars or a boat on the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.

Take an 8 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 4 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
