PI Holiday Retreat Unit 3 is a stylish upstairs apartment with a swimming pool, located within a short walk of the beach and shops.

External steps along the side of the property lead up to a fully covered balcony on the first floor. On the balcony is a gas BBQ and a collection of tables and chairs that can seat over 20 people.

From the balcony, step into an open plan living area with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and large windows that lets in plenty of natural light. The sitting area has a set of leather couches, a wall-mounted 51 inch Smart TV with a DVD library, and a sound system. The meals area has a dining table that seats 6 people, plus stools under the kitchen bench. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

PI Holiday Retreat Unit 3 has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There is one bathroom.

PI Holiday Retreat Unit 3 is one of three apartments on the property, each with their own separate entrance. They all share resort-style facilities including a huge in-ground solar heated swimming pool (10 metres by 4 metres, up to 1.7 metres deep) surrounded by palm trees and lush plants. There is also an outdoor table and a cubby house for children, complete with swings, a slide, climbing wall and fort.

At the rear of the property is paved courtyard which provides access to the communal laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The driveway provides parking space for 2 vehicles, including a boat, with additional parking available on the street.

You will love how central PI Holiday Retreat Unit 3 is to everything. Take a 4 minute walk to the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes that line the town's main boulevard of Thompson Avenue. A 4 minute walk in the other direction will take you to the stunning sandy beach with its shady foreshore that features established trees, picnic areas, BBQ shelters and a large playground.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
