Purple Goose at Red Rocks

Purple Goose at Red Rocks is a charming home situated within an short walk of Red Rocks Beach.

A large open plan living area spans the entire width of the home. There is a lounge area with a set of couches, bean bags, a wood heater (bring your own wood), air-conditioner, tower stereo and a TV with Chromecast and a DVD player. The dining space has a table which seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Purple Goose at Red Rocks has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 1½ bathrooms.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the back of the home is a huge covered deck which is accessible from both the dining area and laundry. It has a gas BBQ, an outdoor dining setting for 8 people, beach chairs, a hammock and an outdoor hot shower. The deck overlooks a fully fenced and private backyard which is perfect for children to play safely.

Along the entire front length of the home is a wide verandah which overlooks the shady front yard.

While the shed is not available for guest use, there is ample space to park two cars on the driveway, with additional space for a car and a boat in the backyard.

Purple Goose at Red Rocks is located within a 7 minute walk of the beach and a 4 minute drive from the many shops, restaurants and cafes which line Thompson Avenue in the town centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
