Red Rocks Villa
Red Rocks Villa is an ideal family holiday home, located in the quiet and secluded Red Rocks area of Cowes.
There are two living areas with wood flooring and exposed beam ceilings. The main open plan living area has a cosy wood fire, a TV, 8 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The second living area has two lounge suites, a TV, sound system and pool table.
Red Rocks Villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12.
- Bedroom 1 - one queen bed
- Bedroom 2 - one queen bed
- Bedroom 3 - one tri-bunk
- Bedroom 4 - one tri-bunk
In the second living area are two fold-out divans which are suitable for one adult or two children.
There are two bathrooms - a main bathroom and an ensuite.
Outside is a covered deck with a 10 seat dining table and gas BBQ. This overlooks the fully fenced backyard.
There is a double carport with a high roofline and additional parking space on the driveway.
Red Rocks Villa is located on the western side of Cowes, 550 metres from the beautiful Red Rocks beach and 300 metres from Aussie Golf Ranch. The main street of Cowes, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops is around 3 kilometres away.

- Dogs welcome inside, but they must stay off all furniture
- There is a secure enclosed yard

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).
Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
