Redwood is a modern and luxurious holiday home that is perfect for two families.

This home is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a spacious living area, an 8 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Year round comfort is assured with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and an electric oil-filled heater.

Redwood can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with top quality bedding.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - one tri-bunk (a double on the bottom, single on the top)

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

Outside is a shaded and private courtyard, complete with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

There is a lock-up single garage and parking for another vehicle on the driveway.

Redwood is located in a quiet residential area, 300 metres from the Phillip Island RSL which has a family friendly bistro operating daily for lunch and dinner.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Rates vary depending on length of stay and time of year.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
