Set on 6 hectares near Ventnor Beach, Ripples n Tonic is a welcoming haven that offers cottage accommodation with lots of friendly farm activities and animals. It is the perfect relaxing getaway for couples, friends and families who can wake up to the gentle sounds of nature, explore lush pastures and spend evenings under a canopy of stars.

There are 7 self-contained cottages to choose from. They are spacious, private and purpose-built for wheelchair access.

3. Killara Cottage - sleeps 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
4. Hollydene Cottage - sleeps 9 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
5. Plover Cottage - sleeps 9 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
6. Shearers Retreat - sleeps 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
7. The Studio - sleeps 2 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

All cottages include TVs, DVD players, movie libraries, kitchen facilities, gas BBQs, laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, heating, air-conditioning and fully accessible bathrooms with essential toiletries. Linen and towels are supplied, however guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Guests are welcome to make use of the communal area which is centrally located on the property. This meeting place has a large covered kitchen and recreational shelter with a BBQ, dishwasher, wood-fired pizza oven, seating for up to 40 people, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table. Outside the shelter is a fire pit, picnic area with chairs and tables, childrens playground and in-ground trampoline.

There is lots of green grass and open space to explore and relax in. Pick some seasonal fruit from the orchard including apples, pears, nectarines, figs, grapes, raspberries, mulberries and plums. Tasty herbs and vegetables can be picked fresh from the edible garden.

Experience a true farm holiday at Ripples n Tonic. The property is home to a large variety of farm animals, most of which guests can hand feed and interact with, including cows, sheep, ponies, goats, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs. Head to the dam where wallabies and geese can be found. A farm tour is held every morning, allowing guests to help farmers feed the animals. Hop aboard an 8 seater electric buggy or walk alongside it as you explore the property and learn about horticulture and sustainable farming practices. Depending on the time of year, you will see calves, lambs, kid goats and piglets.

Ripples n Tonic is located within walking distance to the pristine and sandy Ventnor Beach and also Ventnor Common Bushland Reserve which offers easy walking tracks through areas rich in native wildlife and birdlife. The many attractions of Phillip Island, including the famous Penguin Parade and Grand Prix Circuit are within a few minutes drive of the farm. Take a short drive into the main township of Cowes with its many shops and restaurants.
