SaltAir is a modern family holiday home featuring two living areas, located within a comfortable walk of the sandy beach at Cowes.

The main living area is located at the rear of the home. This huge open plan space includes a sitting area with a relaxing lounge suite in front of a Smart TV and a dining table which seats up to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has 900mm 5 burner gas cooktop, 900m electric oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, an enormous walk-in pantry and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the dining area opens onto a paved outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ and seating for 8 to 10 people.

There is a second living room towards the front of the home which includes a Smart TV and two sofas.

SaltAir has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 13 people.

• Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunks
• Bedroom 4 - one single bunk, single trundle bed
• Second living room - sofa / divan that folds out to a queen size bed

• Ensuite - shower, double vanity unit, separate toilet

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine and ironing facilities.

Gas ducted heating a ducted evaporative cooling system throughout the home provides year round comfort.

In the garage is a table tennis table which can be folded up to provide secure parking for two cars. There is space on the driveway for parking another vehicle, plus a side driveway which has space for two vehicles or a car and a boat - one behind the gate and one in front.

Take a 12 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach at the end of McKenzie Road which is away from the holiday crowds. It is a 3 minute drive into the heart of Cowes with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
