Sea You Soon

Sea You Soon is a modern holiday home where you can enjoy resort-style facilities during your Phillip Island getaway.

At the heart of this home is a spacious open plan living area. It includes a plush lounge suite, 68 inch Smart TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully appointed with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

The adjoining rumpus room is accessed via a large sliding barn door. This room has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a 70 inch Smart TV, DVD player and movie library.

The double garage has been converted into a fantastic games room with a foosball table and a convertible pool, air hockey and table tennis table.

Sea You Soon has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people.

• Bedroom 2 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)
• Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunk beds
• Bedroom 4 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

• Living room - double sofa bed (suitable for one adult or child)
• Rumpus room - double sofa bed (suitable for one adult or child)

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

At the rear of this home is an entertaining deck, complete with an 8 seat table and gas BBQ. This overlooks an amazing electric heated 5 seat outdoor spa. The surrounding back yard has a fire pit with seating (bring your own wood) and is fully fenced with plenty of room for children to play.

Up to 4 cars can be accommodated on the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.

Just around the corner from this home is a large park with a playground, shady trees and extensive lawns. Drive 3 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Rates vary depending on length of stay and time of year.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
