The Beach House on Pembrey

The Beach House on Pembrey is a modern two storey holiday home, ideally suited to families with excellent facilities for children.

Entry to this home is via steps up to a large covered front deck with an outdoor sofa and side table. The front door opens into the the main living area. This air-conditioned open plan space includes comfortable couches, a 55 inch Smart TV and two dining tables. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs is a large family room which is air-conditioned and has two couched arranged in front of a 40 inch Smart TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a large covered balcony which overlooks the park across the road and offers distant water views.

The Beach House on Pembrey has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

At the back of the home is a covered entertaining deck which can be directly accessed from the downstairs living area. The deck has a gas BBQ, a dining table that seats 6 people, plus an indoor bench can be brought outside to accommodate more people. The deck faces the separate studio (5th bedroom) and overlooks a fully fenced back yard which has a collection of fantastic play equipment for kids including a trampoline, swing, monkey bars and chin up bar.

Next to the rear deck is an electric heated 5 person spa. It is covered with a roof and has lighting, making is perfect for use at any time of day or night.

While the garage is not available for guest use, there is a carport at the front with an electric vehicle charger which can accommodate one car.

Across the road from this home is a large park with a playground, shady trees and extensive lawns. Drive 3 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
