The Seas at Phillip Island

The Seas at Phillip Island is a modern holiday home located in a quiet residential area of Cowes, just a short drive from the beach and shops.

At the rear of this home is a large light-filled open plan living area with contemporary furnishings. The sitting area has comfortable couches, a Smart TV, a cosy wood heater (bring your own wood) and reverse-cycle air-conditioning for comfort year round. There is a large dining table which seats 8 people and additional kitchen bench seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Next to the kitchen is a separate lounge room with a sofa and TV.

The Seas at Phillip Island has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)
• Bedroom 4 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Along the side of the home is an entertaining deck complete with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table that seats 8 people. The deck extends around to the backyard where there are two chairs that overlook the fenced yard which has an expanse of lawn.

The garage, which has direct internal access to the home and includes a bar bridge, has space for one car. Another one or two cars can be accommodated on the driveway.

The Seas at Phillip Island is located within a 4 minute drive of several beautiful beaches in the Cowes and Ventnor area. The extensive collection of shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Cowes are a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
