The Seaside Haven

The Seaside Haven is a modern and cosy two storey holiday home which is located just metres from the beach.

The living area of this home is air-conditioned and located on the upper level. It consists of a lounge area with relaxing couches in front of a Smart TV with a portable soundbar. Around the corner at the top of the stairs is a cosy sitting with a sofa and work desk. The meals area consists of a 6 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen, complete with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, DeLonghi Nespresso Inissia pod coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

From the upstairs living area, a glass door opens onto a deck that wraps around the front and side of the home. The front part of the deck is covered and includes a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining setting for 6. The deck around the side is open, however it has two awnings that can be extended to provide shade. This side deck has another dining setting and recliner chairs.

Downstairs is the entry hallway where a reverse-cycle air-conditioner mounted at the base of the stairs can blow air towards the bedrooms on this level.

The Seaside Haven has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The European laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

The small yard surrounding this home is fully fenced.

While the garage is not available for use by guests, there is space to park one car and/or a boat on the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street.

Those wanting to stay close to the beach will truly appreciate the convenient location of The Seaside Haven. Walk just 3 minutes around the corner to the the lovely sandy beach where there is a boat ramp and excellent cafe. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are only a 2 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
