Timmys at Cowes

Timmys at Cowes is a neat older style holiday home, located within a short walk of the beach and shops.

The entry hallway leads to a formal lounge and dining area at the front of the house, featuring a classic lounge suite, 6 seat dining table and bar.

In the middle of the home is the main open plan living area. This air-conditioned space includes a sitting area with a couch and chairs in front of a 50 inch Smart TV. There is a dining table which seats 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, fridge, double drawer dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Timmys at Cowes has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, wall-mounted 32 inch TV, air-conditioner, access to dual entry ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - two sets of single bunk beds, fold out single bed, access to dual entry ensuite
• Bedroom 3 - queen bed

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - shower over bath, vanity unit, toilet
• Dual entry ensuite - walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet with grab bars, heated towel rail

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine. A clothes dryer is located in the games room.

Along the entire length of one side of the home is a covered pergola, complete with a gas BBQ, an outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. The pergola overlooks the fenced back yard, with plenty of grass for children to play.

In the back corner of the yard is a shed that has been converted into a fantastic games room. It has a group of couches in front of a 50 inch smart TV with a DVD player. There are board games, a table tennis table and drinks fridge.

The double carport provides space for two cars. A further two cars or a boat can be accommodated on the long driveway.

Take an easy 7 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
