Tranquil Tides Cowes is a delightful two storey home, located within easy walking of the beach and boat ramp.

This modern home has living areas and bedrooms on both levels, making it ideal for a family, two couples or a small group to share.

The main living area is located downstairs. This light-filled open plan space is air-conditioned and includes a sitting area with a comfortable corner couch, 58 inch TV and a selection of books and board games. The adjoining meals area has a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, pancake maker, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs is the second living area. This cosy space is also air-conditioned and features a sofa, 42 inch TV and DVD player.

Tranquil Tides Cowes has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Accessible via a sliding door in the living area, the fully fenced and private backyard offers a relaxing outdoor space. There is a paved entertaining area with an outdoor table and gas BBQ that overlooks the surrounding lawn and established garden.

The double garage, which has direct internal access to the home, has space for two cars. In the garage is a table tennis table and assorted beach equipment including kayaks, a beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach trolley. There is additional parking space on the driveway for two vehicles or a boat.

Take a 5 minute walk from Tranquil Tides Cowes to the Anderson Road boat ramp where there is a lovely sandy beach and waterfront cafe. A 2 minute drive will take you into the heart of Cowes with its extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
