View to the Green is a beautifully renovated two storey holiday home with water views.

Upstairs is a huge open plan living area. This air-conditioned space includes a large corner lounge suite in front of a Smart TV, a dining table that seats 8 people and a work desk. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Sliding glass doors from the upstairs living area open onto a large deck which wraps around the side and back of the home, with the back section completely covered. The deck has an outdoor lounge suite, bench seats, an 8 seat dining table and gas BBQ. From here, enjoy water views in the distance over the bay and spectacular sunsets.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living area. It includes couches, arm chairs, a Smart TV and a cosy wood heater.

View to the Green has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 19 people.

In the backyard is a gazebo with a gas heated spa pool which can seat up to 10 people. Next to the spa is an outdoor hot shower. The surrounding yard is fully fenced and provides a safe place for children to play.

There is parking space for 5 to 6 cars on the driveway and the paved area in front of the home. The garage is not available for guest use.

View to the Green is located within a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive of the sandy beach at Red Rocks. The commercial centre of Cowes, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, is less than a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
