Rhyll Delight

Rhyll Delight is a modern single storey townhouse located in a quiet area of Rhyll, just around the corner from the beach.

Step through the front door into the light and spacious open plan living area which is air-conditioned for year round comfort. There is a sitting area with comfortable sofas, a 75 inch Smart TV and dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Rhyll Delight has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, reverse-cycle air-conditioner
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed, reverse-cycle air-conditioner
• Bedroom 3 - two long single beds (can be converted to a king bed with one week of advance notice), reverse-cycle air-conditioner

There are 2½ bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, heat lamp, toilet
• Ensuite - shower, double vanity unit, heat lamp, toilet
• Powder room - toilet, wash basin

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a covered and paved outdoor area complete with a dining table and gas BBQ. The surrounding small yard is fully fenced and private.

The double garage has direct internal access to the home and has a fold-up table tennis table. Two cars can be parked in the garage, with space for another 2 vehicles or a boat in the visitor car park. Street parking is also available.

Walk 2 minutes to the end of the street and across the grassy foreshore to the sandy swimming beach. Nearby is a cafe and a fish and chips shop. Take an 8 minute drive into the heart of Cowes for an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

For extended families or larger groups, combine Rhyll Delight with the next door property Rhyll View, which is a 4 bedroom townhouse that sleeps 10 people, into Rhyll Family Escape which then provides a total of 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
