San Remo Water Views

San Remo Water Views is a relaxing two storey holiday home with magnificent views over San Remo and across the ocean towards Phillip Island.

Downstairs is a spacious open plan living area. It consists of a comfortable lounge area with a cosy wood fire, air-conditioning, a large TV with Netflix and Kayo, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is an 8 seat dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. This living area opens onto a sun room which has large windows that overlook the surrounding garden.

Upstairs is the main bedroom. This retreat features a sitting area with a TV and panoramic views over the water.

San Remo Water Views has 4 bedroom and can sleep up to 9 people - ideal for two families. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating. There are two bathrooms and three toilets.

Master bedroom (upstairs) - one queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - one queen bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - bunk bed with a double on bottom and single on top
Study (downstairs) - one bunk bed

All linen and towels are provided.

Outside is a secure and private yard with off-street parking.

San Remo Water Views is located within an easy 5 minute walk of the quiet back beaches of San Remo. The local shopping strip, with hotels, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket is one kilometre away from this home.
