Back Beach Beauty is a contemporary two storey holiday home with separate living areas on each level.

Upstairs is an open plan living area with two sitting areas, a Smart TV with Apple TV, and a solid wood dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

From the upstairs living area, walk out onto the large fully covered entertaining deck which wraps around two sides of the home. There is a gas BBQ, a second fridge, a dining table that seats 8, a couch and bar seating. The deck provides views over the surrounding garden.

Downstairs is a second living area with couches and a TV. This opens onto a covered verandah with seating that overlooks the surrounding enclosed yard. From this level is internal access to the double door garage which can accommodate one full size car and one small car. In the garage is a foosball table.

Back Beach Beauty has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people.

There are reverse-cycle air-conditioners in both living rooms and all bedrooms. The living areas also have ceiling fans.

Take a 10 minute stroll to the general store and cafe or a 15 minute walk to the main beach. For those attending events at the Grand Prix Circuit, Back Beach Beauty is conveniently located just 2 kilometres from the track.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
