Blue Waves is a stunning and modern beach home which is well equipped to accommodate families with children or surf-loving teenagers.

The main living area is of an open plan design with a comfortable sitting area, TV with Netflix and Amazon Plus, and a dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has a walk-in butlers pantry and includes a 900mm electric oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, microwave, coffee pod machine, large fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

From the main living area, glass stacker doors open onto a fully covered outdoor entertaining area. This relaxing outdoor space features a large gas BBQ, a bar fridge and a quality outdoor setting.

The second living room is located at the front of the home and includes a wall-mounted Smart TV above a gas log fireplace.

Blue Waves has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people.

• Bedroom 4 - single bunk set, single trundle bed, fold out single sofa bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

The entire home has zoned ducted heating, reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the main living room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The backyard is fully landscaped and fenced, with an outdoor hot shower and fire pit (supply your own wood).

Blue Waves is located in a quiet street and directly across the road from a reserve with a playground. Take an 8 minute stroll to YCW Beach where learn to surf classes are regularly held. The local general store and cafe is less than a 10 minute walk away. This home is conveniently located just 1500 metres from Phillip Island's Grand Prix Circuit.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
