Epworth

Epworth is a modern and beautifully built two storey holiday home which offers comfortable and stylish beach accommodation for families or groups.

Downstairs is an air-conditioned and light filled open plan living area. This space includes a corner lounge suite, TV and a dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher. At the front of the home is a cosy sitting room with a couch.

Upstairs is another air-conditioned living area with comfortable sofas and a TV.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

Master bedroom (upstairs) - king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, air-conditioner
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed, walk-in robe
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen bed
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

There are 2½ bathrooms.

Main bathroom (upstairs) - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

Powder room (downstairs) - toilet, wash basin

All linen and basic toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Sliding glass doors from the downstairs living area open onto paved outdoor entertaining area complete with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. This overlooks a small and private backyard. An outdoor hot shower is located along the side of the home.

Parking is available in the secure 2 car garage and on the driveway.

The shops and restaurants in the heart of Ocean Grove are within an easy 8 minute stroll. Walk a further 9 minutes to Ocean Grove's stunning main beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
