Fraser Place is a charming holiday home, nestled in a quiet street and within walking distance of the heart of Ocean Grove.

The spacious air-conditioned living room is bathed in natural light with picture windows, a sumptuous lounge suite and large TV. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There is one bathroom.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Enclosed by three sides of the home is a huge outdoor entertaining area. Directly accessible via glass doors from the lounge room, central hallway and the master bedroom, this partially covered paved space is an outdoor oasis. It includes an outdoor lounge suite, dining table and BBQ.

Ample room is available on the driveway for off-street parking.

Take an 18 minute walk or 2 minute drive into the centre of Ocean Grove, with its vibrant array of restaurants, cafes and shops. Walk a further 10 minutes to the stunning sandy main beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
