Luxe Retreat

Luxe Retreat is an opulent family holiday home with stunning resort-style features, nestled beside parkland and only a short walk from the beach.

Enjoy an idyllic escape to this architecturally designed home with multiple living areas. The living room in the centre of the home features a set of sofas in front of a cosy gas log fire. At the rear of the home is large air-conditioned lounge room with a wall of glass that overlooks the garden and pool, a wall-mounted TV and wood heater. There is also a retreat space with a study nook.

The meals area includes a large wood table and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, oven, rice cooker, coffee machine, microwave, double door fridge and dishwasher. This area opens onto a huge enclosed entertaining deck with an in-built BBQ, drinks fridge, dining table and TV.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

Bedroom 4 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

There are 2½ bathrooms.

Powder room - toilet, wash basin shared with laundry

All linen and basic toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Guests of all ages will love the recreational facilities that this stylish sanctuary offers. From the rear lounge room, step onto a deck which has a solar heated self-cleaning pool and electric heated bubbling spa pool. To have the pool warmed to a consistent 28 degrees with electric heating, an additional fee applies - please enquire. From this deck, enjoy views of surrounding parkland.

Other facilities include a sauna, exercise room, table tennis table, basketball ring, in-ground trampoline and outdoor hot shower.

The backyard is very private with plenty of space for children to play on the grass.

High fencing, front gates and a smart entry system ensures your security and privacy when staying at Luxe Retreat.

There is secure parking in the 2 car garage. Please note that the driveway is quite steep and the garage height clearance is 2.1 metres. Additional parking is available on the driveway.

Luxe Retreat is located next to parkland that surrounds Begola Wetlands. Enjoy relaxing walks through this extensive nature reserve. The golden sands of the ocean beach are only a 10 minute walk from this home. Take a one minute drive or 12 minute walk into the heart of Ocean Grove for shopping and dining options.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
