Marlin

Marlin is a light and airy family retreat with a large outdoor living area.

Enter the home via the steps at the front porch. This leads to an air-conditioned sunken living room which has a large corner couch, wall-mounted TV and electric fireplace. The adjoining meals area has cathedral ceilings and a dining table that seats 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

Master bedroom - queen bed, TV, ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), work desk

There are 2 bathrooms.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the home and directly accessible from the dining room is a huge covered entertaining area complete with a built-in BBQ, large dining table and outdoor lounge setting. The surrounding yard is fully fenced and has a large area of grass which is perfect for kids to play. There is also an outdoor hot shower.

The unoccupied bungalow in the backyard is not accessible to guests.

While the driveway is steep, there is ample parking available behind a set of gates.

Marlin is located within a 16 minute walk or 2 minute drive of the sandy Ocean Grove beach. Take a 2 minute drive to either Ocean Grove Marketplace or the shops in Ocean Grove's town centre for your shopping and dining needs.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
