Minerva is a beautifully renovated coastal family haven, located within a short walk of the beach.

This thoughtfully designed holiday home has multiple living areas decorated in a relaxing coastal theme.

Inside the front door is an air-conditioned living space that spans the width of the home. There are sofas in front of a Smart TV and a separate reading area next to a bookcase of reading material.

The second living area is located in the centre of the home. This large open plan space consists of a lounge area with plush couches, a wall-mounted Smart TV, cosy wood fire and air-conditioner. Overlooking this space is a meals area with an 8 seat dining table and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and double door fridge. Adjacent to this living area is an open study with a work desk.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

There are 2 bathrooms.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Along the side of the home is a covered entertaining deck, complete with a dining table and Weber gas BBQ. The lush yard around the home is fully fenced for your privacy.

There is on-site parking for two vehicles, with additional parking available on the street.

Across the road from the home is Collendina Reserve which has a sports oval and playground. Take an 8 minute walk through residential streets to the sandy ocean beach. Head to the family-friendly Ocean Grove Hotel for a bistro meal or drinks - less than a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home. Otherwise the town centre of Ocean Grove, with its selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, is 4 minutes by car.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
