Oakdean Resort

Oakdean Resort is a modern holiday home that blends luxury with coastal charm, featuring a stunning outdoor pool and spa.

This haven of relaxation and recreation provides resort style living for families or a group of friends.

The rear section of the home consists of a light-filled spacious open plan living area. A luxurious corner lounge suite with recliners is situated in front of a large TV and piano. The adjoining dining space has a table which seats 6 people, with extra seating available at the kitchen island bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

A separate lounge room is located towards the front of the house. It has a set of couches and a TV.

This home has 4 bedrooms can can sleep up to 10 people.

Bedroom 1 - king bed, wall-mounted TV with Foxtel, walk-in robe, ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen bed, direct access to main bathroom
Bedroom 3 - queen bed
Bedroom 4 - bunk bed, single bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
Ensuite - shower, double vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and there is a clothes dryer in the garage.

Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the main living area and ducted heating and cooling throughout the rest of the home provides year round comfort.

Enjoy outdoor living at its finest. A sliding door from the living area opens onto a covered patio with lounge chairs, a wall-mounted TV and gas BBQ. Step up to the pool area which is surrounded by glass fencing. There is a gas heated spa (heated all year round) and a sparkling solar heated swimming pool (heated only in summer). Overlooking the pool are sun loungers and a dining table shaded by a large umbrella.

A garage provides secure parking, with additional space available on the driveway.

Oakdean Resort is located within an 18 minute walk or 2 minute drive of Ocean Grove Marketplace shopping centre. The sandy ocean beach is less than a 5 minute drive away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
