Ocean Belle

Wake up to the sound of waves when you stay at Ocean Belle - located directly across the road from the ocean beach.

At the heart of this spacious light-filled home is an open plan living area with raked ceilings. The lounge area features a comfortable corner sofa in front of a large TV and a bookcase with an extensive collection of reading material. There is a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet, additional separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto an elevated covered entertaining deck with a gas BBQ and dining table. This overlooks a fully fenced and private grassy yard which surrounds the home. At the front is paved courtyard with seating.

Off-street parking is available on the property behind a high gate.

To get to the beach, simply cross the road and follow the track across the sand dunes and down to the beach below. Just 5 doors down from the home is Dawn Cafe where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee and gourmet treats. Walk 5 minutes to the family-friendly Ocean Grove Hotel for a meal, otherwise drive 2 minutes into the heart of Ocean Grove with its shops, restaurants and cafes.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
