Ocean Breakaway

Ocean Breakaway is a comfortable holiday home which has been designed to provide a relaxing retreat for families or couples.

The front door opens into a light-filled air-conditioned living room which includes a set of sofas, large wall-mounted TV and a wood fire. There is a small adjoining lounge area with seating - perfect as a reading room. The meals area consists of a dining table that seats 6 people and a kitchen fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Master bedroom - queen bed, ensuite, air-conditioner
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunk beds

There are 2 bathrooms.

Main bathroom - free-standing bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

A deck along the side of the home has a gas BBQ and a private sitting area. Near the deck is an outdoor hot shower. The backyard is fully fenced with an extensive area of grass for kids to play.

There is ample parking available on the driveway, including space under the carport.

Ocean Breakaway is located within an 8 minute stroll of the sandy ocean beach. For your shopping and dining needs, take a 2 minute drive to Ocean Grove Marketplace or a 3 minute trip to the shops in the heart of Ocean Grove.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
