Ocean Views is a stunning custom-designed two storey holiday home with panoramic views, situated within an easy stroll of the beach.

This ultimate coastal retreat is perfect for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. With living areas and bedrooms on both levels, plus a separate studio in the backyard, it is ideal for several couples, a large family or group to share.

Upstairs is the main living area. This huge open plan space is bathed in natural light thanks to large sets of windows which offer commanding views of the surroundings from the home's elevated position. The sitting area features a leather lounge suite, TV, cosy gas log fireplace surrounded by an ornate stone feature wall and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The adjoining meals area has a dining table which seats 8 people. The kitchen, with its classy granite benchtops, includes a gas cooktop, 900mm oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher and huge walk-in pantry.

Sliding glass doors from the upstairs living area open onto a south-facing balcony which offers sweeping views over Ocean Grove and down to the beach in the distance. Enjoy 180 degree views which stretch from Barwon Heads Bluff in the west, all the way around to Arthurs Seat on the Mornington Peninsula in the east. A section of the balcony has been fully enclosed and functions as an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, hotplate, sink and storage cabinets.

Downstairs is a second living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

In the backyard of the home is a separate two storey studio. It has a living area and bathroom on the ground floor, with steps leading up to the bedroom and a balcony on the upper floor. It is ideal as a retreat for kids or for a couple who wish to share the property with others but have some privacy.

The open yard at the rear of the home consists of a mixture of tiered garden beds and established native trees.

At the front of the home is a double garage which provides secure car parking. Additional parking space is available on the driveway.

Ocean Views is conveniently situated within a 2 minute drive of Ocean Grove Marketplace shopping centre which has a major supermarket and a selection of shops. Alternatively, take a 3 minute drive into the heart of Ocean Grove with its strip of shops, cafes and restaurants. Walk just 9 minutes to the end of the street and you will be at the foot of sand dunes which overlook the stunning ocean beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
