Parker is a stylish and airy holiday home, located close to the Barwon River and perfect for a weekend escape or longer retreat.

Designed for relaxed coastal living, the light-filled open plan living area features a comfortable lounge setting, cosy wood fire (bring your own wood) and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The adjacent meals area has a dining table that seats 6 people and a kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There is 1 bathroom.

Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is located in the bathroom and includes a washing machine and ironing facilities.

French doors from the living area open onto a sunny paved courtyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ.

Off-street parking is available in the carport and along the driveway, with space for a boat.

Take a 3 minute stroll to the end of the street and you will be on the banks of the vast Barwon River. Follow the dedicated pathway along the river's edge to sandy river beaches. The centre of Ocean Grove, with its shops, restaurants and cafes, is a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home. Explore the sandy ocean beach which is within walking distance or a short drive.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
