Powell is a cosy holiday home that offers ideal accommodation on the coast for couples, a family or small group.

This warm and welcoming home is bright and airy, providing everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

The front door opens into an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV, board games, sitting area and work desk. The adjoining meals area features a dining table that seats 6 people and a kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and pantry essentials.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Master bedroom - queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite

There are 2 bathrooms.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
Ensuite - double shower, double vanity, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

A sliding door from the dining area opens onto a private patio, complete with an outdoor dining table and Weber Q BBQ.

On-site parking is available in front of the garage and on the street. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Powell is located within an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of Ocean Grove where you will find an array of shops, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The sandy ocean beach is a 12 minute walk from the home.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
