Seaside Groove is a large and modern holiday home, set within a quiet residential area of Ocean Grove.

This relaxing coastal home is perfect for families or friends looking for a touch of luxury during their next coastal getaway, with everything thoughtfully prepared to ensure an enjoyable stay.

The spacious open plan living area is bathed in natural light and has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. There is a comfortable sitting area in front of a large TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

There is central heating and ducted evaporative cooling throughout the home for year round comfort.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a covered entertaining deck complete with an outdoor lounge setting and Weber Q BBQ. The surrounding garden is neat and private, with a large expanse of lawn.

Take a 7 minute drive to Ocean Grove's beautiful sandy ocean beach. Major shopping facilities are a 5 minute drive away at Ocean Grove Marketplace or drive 6 minutes into the heart of Ocean Grove for a selection of cafes and restaurants. Adventure Park, offering world class water rides and activities, is within a 4 minute drive.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
