The steps at the front of the home lead to a spacious living room with polished floor boards, a relaxing lounge suite, large TV and a dining setting that seats 6 people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

A carport provides parking for two cars, with ample off-street parking along the driveway.

Take a 4 minute drive into the centre of Ocean Grove, with its vibrant array of restaurants, cafes, and shops as well as the stunning sandy main beach. Nearby is Lake Connewarre which is good for bird watching, fishing and hiking.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
