The Avenue is a cosy and modern holiday unit, located within an easy walk of the beach and shops.

Immerse yourself in the coastal vibes of this light-filled home during your next beach getaway. It is ideally suited to couples or a small family.

Step through the front door into an air-conditioned sunken living room with a comfortable lounge setting, large TV and a selection of reading material. The adjoining meals area includes a dining table that seats 4 people and a kitchen equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

There is one bathroom.

All linen, beach towels and basic toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the unit, accessed via a sliding glass door in the dining area, is a sunny entertaining deck complete with a dining setting and Weber Q gas BBQ. At the front of the unit is a paved sitting area with an outdoor lounge setting.

Parking is available for a car in the garage, with space for an additional vehicle on the driveway.

Take a 9 minute walk to the beautiful sandy ocean beach. The shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Ocean Grove are only a 5 minute walk away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
