The Lookout

The Lookout is a charming two storey coastal townhouse, in a prime location offering easy access to the beach and shops.

On the ground floor is a bright and breezy open plan living area with a leather chaise lounge, TV and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Stairs lead up to the bedrooms and main bathroom.

This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Master bedroom (upstairs) - queen bed, ensuite

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen bed

There are 2½ bathrooms.

Main bathroom (upstairs) - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The townhouse has ducted heated and cooling throughout, ensuring year round comfort.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a private shaded outdoor deck and paved courtyard. There is a dining table, outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

Leave the car behind and walk everywhere. A 4 minute stroll through the lookout reserve will take you down to the sandy ocean beach. The shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Ocean Grove are only a 5 minute walk away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
