Ascending the steps at the front of the home takes you into a large living room with sumptuous leather couches, a wall-mounted TV and cosy gas log fireplace. Glass doors from this living area open onto a huge balcony that overlooks the front of the property.

At the rear of the entry level is a second living area, complete with a sofa, wall-mounted TV and a dining table that seats 6 people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

Upstairs is a study with a large work bench, the bedrooms and main bathroom.

This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

The living area at the rear of this home opens onto a private tropical inspired garden that includes a deck area with a dining setting and BBQ.

There is space to park two vehicles on the driveway.

Trevally is located just a short stroll from the extensive Begola Wetlands and a 14 minute walk from the ocean beach. Take a 2 minute drive into the heart of Ocean Grove for dining and shopping facilities.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
