Yarrow is a modern and spacious holiday home where you can enjoy relaxed coastal living during your next beach getaway.

With multiple living zones, this home is ideally suited to families or groups looking for comfort and style.

At the heart of this home is a light-filled open plan living area. A leather lounge suite is positioned in front of a large TV and the adjoining meals area has a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher.

There is a second lounge room with a large couch and a TV.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - single bed, single trundle bed
• Bedroom 4 - tri-bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom)

There are 2 bathrooms.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Your year round comfort is assured with central heating and ducted evaporative cooling throughout the home.

A sliding glass door from the main living area opens onto a covered entertaining area with a large outdoor table. The surrounding backyard is neatly landscaped and includes a large section of lawn.

The garage has a table tennis table and provides secure parking for one car. Additional parking is available on the driveway and the street.

Take a 7 minute drive to Ocean Grove's beautiful sandy ocean beach. Major shopping facilities are a 4 minute drive away at Ocean Grove Marketplace or drive 6 minutes into the heart of Ocean Grove for a selection of cafes and restaurants. Adventure Park, offering world class water rides and activities, is within a 5 minute drive.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
