The living area of this 3 storey apartment is located on the top level. This spacious open plan space is bathed in natural light and has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner for heating and cooling. There is a large leather lounge suite, TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher and an assortment of Twinings tea and welcome goodies. Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a partially covered wrap around balcony where you can enjoy stunning ocean views from Cape Patton to Apollo Bay Harbour. Also located on this level is the master bedroom.

The middle level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the bottom level is a garage with a table tennis table.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.
