Shellina

Shellina is a modern holiday home with water views, located within a short walk of the Great Ocean Road beach.

This spacious home is spread across two levels and provides year round comfort thanks to ducted heating and cooling. With living areas and bedrooms on both levels, it offers ideal accommodation for either a family or a group of friends.

Upstairs is a vast open plan living area. It includes a luxurious lounge suite in front of a Smart TV, with a sliding glass door leading out to a covered balcony where views towards the ocean in the distance can be enjoyed. The cosy reading nook has books and board games, and also offers water views. There is a large dining table that can seat up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge. The master bedroom and a powder room are also located on this level.

Downstairs is the second living room with a Smart TV. This living area opens out onto a covered entertaining area complete with a BBQ and dining table. Also on this level are three bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

Outside is a large secure backyard with plenty of lawn where kids can safely play.

Walk just 7 minutes down the hill and across the Great Ocean Road to the beautiful sandy ocean beach. A 3 minute drive or 18 minute walk will take you into the heart of Apollo Bay with its cafes, restaurants and shops.
