Howard's Hill

Howard's Hill is a 12 hectare rural property that offers self-contained accommodation within a converted barn.

This fully renovated two storey barn has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay.

Downstairs is the main living area. The open plan lounge and dining area includes a Coonara wood heater, lounge chairs, a table tennis table and dining table. Large doors open onto a paved BBQ area outside. There is a kitchen with hotplates, small oven, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a large claw-foot bath and is stocked with complimentary toiletries. There is a fully-equipped laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer. Two bedrooms are located in what used to be the old stables - one with a queen bed and the other with two singles.

Upstairs is the spacious main bedroom. French doors open onto a balcony which has a table for two and offers views over the property. There is also a lounge area with a large TV and comfortable couches.

The barn is nestled amongst manna gums, ancient grass trees and blissful bush. There is a dam with a gazebo that overlooks the water, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of this property. Guests are welcome to bring their own horse and let it roam in the property's paddocks for a holiday too.

Howard's Hill is perfect as an intimate retreat, a fun-filled family holiday, or for spending time with a group of friends. It is an ideal base for exploring the many attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.
