Rosebud Delight

Rosebud Delight is a freshly renovated holiday home that is perfectly located close to the beach, cinema, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Leave the car behind!

The bright and comfortable open plan living area features a sitting area with a gas fireplace, air-conditioning, a 4 seat dining table and 3 bar stools at the kitchen bench. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge with water and ice dispenser, and a dishwasher.

This living area opens onto an outdoor covered deck which has a 6 seat dining table, a TV, bar fridge and washing machine. The adjacent open deck houses a gas BBQ and additional relaxing seating.

This home is perfect for one or two families or a small group of friends. It has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

• Bedroom 3 - tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top), single trundle bed, TV, toys, games, sitting area

There are 2 bathrooms.

Ducted heating is provided to all rooms.

The fully fenced yard provides a safe environment for children who will love the trampoline and lawns to run around on. It is a secure place for a small boat or jet skis which can be securely parked behind high gates.

The older style shed in the backyard has been set up as a games room. It has a TV with Netflix and a pool table which can be converted to a small table tennis table. A complimentary beach cart wagon is provided, allowing you to easily transport all the necessities to the beach or foreshore picnic areas without having to use a car.

Just 600 metres walk from Rosebud Delight is a family friendly beach that is safe for swimming. A little further along the coast is a large foreshore playground that overlooks Rosebud Pier. A short drive away are a number of wineries, golf courses, the Arthurs Seat Eagle chair lift and Peninsula Hot Springs.
